Made to order

The Polo WildKat Crewneck — Ivory is printed to order in Lexington, Kentucky. Please allow 2 business days for printing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination. If we cannot meet the shipment date, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Standard shipping

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Free standard shipping applies when the merchandise subtotal is greater than $100 after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Exactly $100 does not qualify. Two $70 WildKat crewnecks qualify for free shipping.

Available destinations are listed in checkout; we cannot accept orders for destinations that are not listed. Delivery times vary by carrier, destination and customs processing. Printing time is separate from transit time; no guaranteed delivery date is offered.

We will provide tracking when your order ships. If tracking stops updating, a parcel arrives damaged, or you cannot find a parcel marked delivered, email Avyren124@gmail.com so we can investigate. Your rights regarding non-delivery remain unaffected.

Check your address before paying and contact us immediately for corrections. If a parcel is returned because an address was incorrect or it was unclaimed, we will contact you before arranging reshipment. Additional costs may apply where lawful and will be agreed with you first.

International import duties, taxes and customs handling charges that are not collected at checkout are payable by the recipient where permitted by law. Free shipping does not cover these charges. We do not mark commercial orders as gifts or understate their value.

Cancellations & changes

Email Avyren124@gmail.com with your order number as soon as you need a change or cancellation. We can accommodate voluntary changes or cancellations before printing begins. Once printing begins, these may no longer be possible. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights still apply.

Returns & exchanges

Because each WildKat crewneck is printed to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a preference change, or an incorrectly selected size, except where required by law. Please check the size guide before ordering.

This limitation does not apply to damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, or to any mandatory consumer rights.

Something wrong with your order?

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery, with your order number, a description and clear photos where reasonably possible. This request for prompt notice does not shorten any legal claim period.

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair or refund as required by applicable law. If a return is necessary because of our error or a covered defect, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please request instructions before sending an item back; the return address may differ from the shipment origin.

Our voluntary defect policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, normal wear or failure to follow care instructions. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, customers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us of withdrawal from a purchase of standard, non-personalized goods, followed by 14 days to send them back. Choosing a standard size or ordering a standard design printed after purchase does not automatically make an item personalized.

For a statutory change-of-mind return, you normally pay direct return shipping where permitted and disclosed before purchase. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Where lawful, diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning may be deducted; there is no blanket restocking fee.

For a qualifying withdrawal from an entire order, we refund the purchase price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered. Optional expedited premiums are not refunded unless required by law. Refunds are processed within applicable legal deadlines; where allowed, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Other mandatory local consumer protections also apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We aim to initiate voluntary refunds within 5 business days of approving the claim or receiving a required return, subject to any shorter legal deadline. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. We do not substitute store credit for a refund you are legally entitled to receive.
